The Primo Social Club is our way of staying connected with those who appreciate good clothes and great fit. For a simple monthly fee, members get the perks of having a trusted tailor on call—without paying per visit.

Here’s what’s included:

✅ Unlimited Pant Hemming
Bring in or ship your pants to us—we’ll hem them to your specs, one pair at a time, as often as you need. Not including jeans or other decretive stitch hems.

Text our team for personalized style advice whenever you need it. Whether it’s how to wear something or what to pair with what, we’re here to help.

✅ Members-Only Content
Exclusive videos, wardrobe guides, and seasonal tips curated by the Primo team. Designed to keep your style sharp and your closet working for you.

How It Works:

• You can have one pair of pants in the queue at a time. As soon as that pair is finished, feel free to send or drop off the next.

• We accept in-person drop-offs or mail-ins.

• Shipping costs are not included. Members are responsible for shipping both ways.

• Mail-in pants must be clearly marked for the desired hem length. If you’re unsure how to mark them, we’ll send you a guide after you sign up.
