Enjoy the Japanese delicacy Kama Toro (most fatty tuna) that has been hand processed by our expert butchers and trimmers. Only 2 pieces of kama toro are available per tuna! It's a very rare piece and you will rarely see it at sushi restaurants. Perfect fish for sashimi & sushi. Each piece is roughly 0.2-0.4 LB per order (may vary slightly in size).
