How to use surplus money

Even in 1 yen increments, the sponsorship will not be obtained by the organizers, and all of the donations will be used for Haechan's birthday events, and any surplus funds that were unable to be used up (up to 49,999 yen) will be carried over to the next project.

Please rest assured that we will contact you with your income and expenditure report after the event.

If the funds do not reach the target amount

If this project does not reach the target amount, the advertising content will be changed and implemented. In that case, we will inform you in advance on this project page or on the planner X account @HaechanBd.

●If necessary during the process of sending the returned item, we will sign a confidentiality agreement with the planner and provide the supporter with the purpose of providing the returned item. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I cancel or refund?

We apologize, but once you have supported us, we cannot cancel your request. We ask for your consideration and support. This does not apply to cases where the organizer or agent is not carried out correctly due to a problem with this project.

Can I support multiple subscribers? In that case, can I add the returned items?

It is possible to provide support through multiple subsidies, but it is not possible to combine returns (e.g. 5,000 yen x 2 subsidies to make a return of 10,000 yen, for example). The return will be for each amount.
