It later served with the Dutch 322 Fighter Section, formed in 1946 and renamed 322 Squadron in 1947, originally bearing the serial H-25 before being redesignated 3W-17.
After retiring from military service in 1953, the Spitfire was acquired by the SKHV in 1991. It was fully restored and repainted in a silver scheme, receiving the Dutch civil registration PH-OUQ in 2000.
