The Fontana Rosso Mangiafuoco pizza oven is a beautifully designed high-quality and high-performance wood-fired oven with a large 60×80 cm cooking chamber and manufactured almost entirely from 304 grade stainless steel. It comes equipped with an “easy move” sturdy stainless steel cart with a convenient storage shelf, wheels, and hook to hang tools.

The Mangiafuoco also comes with a wood-holder plate, fire tool, 304 grade stainless steel flue pipe with an adjustable smoke exit valve & chimney top, and a cooking chamber door. Additionally, the fire floor surface is made of high-quality refractory chamotte, certified for food use. The internal structure of the Rosso Mangiafuoco pizza oven is again manufactured from high-grade 304 stainless steel.

Furthermore, the external surface of the oven has electro-galvanized steel treated with high-temperature paint, maximizing resistance to heat and weather elements. Temperature stability and heat retention are achievable by using high-performance natural rock wool insulation. This ensures that the external surface of the oven does not become too hot, allowing you to cook your pizzas to perfection!
