According to their traditional use alone, Kalms Rhodiola Tablets are a traditional herbal medicine used for the short-term alleviation of stress-related symptoms such weariness, depletion, and mild anxiety.

Directions
Adults and senior citizens should take 1 tablet twice daily, before breakfast and lunch.
30 minutes before eating, swallow the tablets whole with a glass of water.
Not advised for usage by teenagers or young children under the age of 18.

Ingredients
Each film-coated tablet of this product includes 200 mg of dry extract from the rhizome and root of Rhodiola rosea L. (1.5-5:1) (WS 1375) (equivalent to 300- 1000mg of Rhodiola). Adsorption agent: m/m ethanol at 60%.

Additionally contains: Iron Oxide Red (E172), Titanium Dioxide (E171), Precipitated Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate, Hypromellose, Stearic Acid, and Antifoam Emulsion.
