Printed with water based ink in a 200 gsm Fabriano Black paper, using a 3D printed Mini Printpress from @openpressproject. The plates where made with a laser cutter. The 'Graphic Characters project' is an edition of mini prints, inspired by a school project focused on creating a 'graphic character.' These characters diverged from conventional logos or identifiable figures, existing instead as abstract graphical representations. The project left an indelible mark on me, and the desire to revisit it stayed with me for many years. By chance, I stumbled upon @openpressproject, where their 3D printed mini print press seemed impeccably suited for such a project. I decided adding this creative exploration to my routine feels like the right move. It promises a lot of joy. ?
