Initially reserved and enigmatic, it reveals fragrant aromas of kirsch, black cherry preserves, and warm cassis, alongside subtle hints of smoked meats, wild blueberries, violets, and cedar chest, with a touch of charcoal. The medium to full-bodied palate is tightly structured with a plethora of earthy nuances woven into the rich fruit and fine-grained tannins, leading to a long and savory finish.
