This elegant footstool was designed by František Jirák for Tatra Nábytok Pravenec in the 1960s. It’s a fine example of Czechoslovak mid-century modern design, marked by clean lines and functional simplicity.

The frame is made of solid wood, and the upholstery features a striking red woven fabric. The structure is sturdy and well-preserved. The piece shows signs of age and use, consistent with its vintage nature, which only adds to its charm.
