Glenfarclas 35 Year Old Warehouse Edition (2022) 70cl

An extremely limited 35-year-old single malt from Glenfarclas that was matured in Spanish oak ex-sherry casks for three and a half decades. Presented in an eye-catching box, reminiscent of the distillery's iconic red warehouse doors, it offers aromas of roasted almonds, dark dried fruit and creamy toffee that fill the nose. The palate brings notes of sherry-soaked fruit cake, dark chocolate and raisins that linger in the finish, alongside cinnamon and cocoa powder.

A very rare treat from Speyside legends, Glenfarclas, this limited-edition 35-year-old expression has been matured for over three decades in Spanish oak ex-sherry casks. Presented in bold red box, designed to be an ode to the distillery's iconic warehouse doors. Bottled at 43% abv.

Expect notes of mixed nuts, dried fruits, and caramel on the nose, leading to a palate full of sherry-soaked fruit cake, cocoa and dates, with hints of mixed spice which linger well into the finish.

The newest edition to the award-winning Glenfarclas portfolio. The decision to release Glenfarclas’ first ever 35-year-old single malt scotch whisky came during one of Distillery manager’s visits. Callum Fraser a regular visitor through the historic Glenfarclas warehouses came across a collection of casks approaching 35 years. Upon tasting Callum deemed this single malt to be exceptional and Glenfarclas’ first 35-year-old whisky was born.
