  • DOES NOT FIT Club Car with Curtis 1510/1515 Controller.
  • DOES NOT FIT Series Club Cars.
  • DOES NOT WORK with Factory Lithium Models. But will work with aftermarket drop in lithium packs, such as Allied and Eco Battery.

Pre Purchase Checklist

• • Ensure your cart is equipped with a Curtis 1268/1520 Controller.
  • Use a heavy-duty solenoid for controllers rated at 440 amps or higher.
  • Check Lithium battery discharge specifications to match Navitas controller amperage requirements; insufficient ratings may require reducing controller amperage.
  • Match controller amperage with battery output:
    • 440 amp controller with a 400 amp output battery
    • 600 amp controller with a 600 amp output battery.
  • Carts using lead acid batteries should use heavy-duty battery cables, ideally 4 gauge or larger.

Install Tips From a Pro

• Take pictures of current wire locations and positioning before starting install.(This will help if you forget where a wire or connection goes
• Taking rear passanger tire off can help with installing the motor. (This will give you more space and maneuverability to get the motor on the splined shaft.
• Download Navitas App and configure your controller to your cart. (This will make your motor and controller run as efficenetly as possible.)
