The Miktek ProCast Mio is a USB, studio condenser microphone featuring a large 19mm capsule with a supercardioid polar pattern and a high-quality analog-to-digital converter. With "plug-and-play" capability, the mic connects directly to a Mac or Windows computer, which provides simple operation for applications including podcasting or recording vocals, guitar, and other instruments. With a DH90 Closed-Back Headphones from Miktek sport 40mm neodymium transducers and an auto-adjusting headband that, at 9.7 oz, are relatively lightweight. The ProCast Mio is equipped with an XLR output, giving you the option to record via USB or through an external audio interface. The XLR and USB outputs can also be used simultaneously, allowing you to use the microphone for recording and sound reinforcement at the same time. A built-in 1/8" headphone output enables you to monitor your computer playback.
