This box contains four single-origin dark bars ranging between 70% and 80%. All will contain only cacao and sugar. Expect to discover new makers and origins that you may not have seen in our store yet. This is the cutting edge of the craft chocolate world—the dark bars we are most excited about this month. Included also will be our extensive notes about them and lots of background information. Plus, we'll include some helpful tasting hints to really enhance your experience.

After your initial order, recurring payments are processed on the first of the month and orders are shipped the first week of the month. Boxes can be ordered for pick up at our store in The Atrium, for delivery within Greater Victoria, or shipped anywhere in Canada for an extra $20.
