Directions
Remove the protective cap, press the spray tip into one nostril while pointing the top of the tip towards the back of your nose, until a fine spray occurs, and then replace the protective cap.
Push fast while being firm.
Adults: A daily maximum of 64 sprays.

Over the next two weeks, cut back usage by half.

Adults above the age of 18 should administer one spray into each nostril every hour for up to 16 hours.

Usage to be limited to a 3-month course of treatment that consists of 8 weeks of treatment, 2 weeks of treatment reduction by 50%, and 2 weeks of usage reduction to nil.

Not to be used if under 18 years old.
