This Distillery Labels 18-year-old Ardmore 2003 from G&M was bottled without colouring or chill filtration at a great drinking strength of 46%. Ardmore's Highland peaty whisky is distinctly different to the distillery's Islay peers and is a must-try for all fans of the smoky and sweet malt whisky style.

Tasting notes

Nose: Sweet blackcurrant gives way to liquorice and fresh mint leaves. Lemon peel and ginger spice leads to sweet smoke.

Taste: Stewed raspberry leads to smooth orange peel. Baked apple with faint notes of black pepper.

Finish: Full with oak and summer berries.
