VRG-8C10MRB-72: 8? 15W Moisture-resistant Speaker, Vandal-resistant Grille

The VRG-8C10MRB-72 speaker assembly features a cast aluminum grille with secondary stainless steel perf, and includes a mounted 8" driver. Designed for utility paging and low level background music systems that may be subject to high humidity such as greenhouses, locker rooms, hot tub areas, restaurants, cafes and similar indoor or outdoor areas protected from direct exposure to elements. Ships ready for installation.

INCLUDES

• Driver (810):  8 in. 15W single cone driver with 10 oz. magnet, 1 in. voice coil. Cone is cotton cloth treated with phenolic resin and coated with acrylic lacquer for moisture-resistant performance.
• Transformer (TLM-572):  25V/70V transformer. Taps at 0.25, 0.5, 1, 2 and 5W
• Vandal-Resistant Grille (VRG-8):  Screw-mount, white, cast aluminum grille with 18-gauge stainless steel perf for added protection, 11.44 in. square

A&E SPECIFICATIONS

• The speaker assembly shall be Lowell model VRG-8C10MRB-72, which shall feature a vandal-resistant cast aluminum grille with secondary stainless steel perf. The cast aluminum grille with white finish shall be mounted to an 8" single cone driver with transformer. The driver shall have a 15 watt RMS power rating and employ a 10 oz. magnet and cotton cloth cone treated with phenolic resin and coated with acrylic lacquer for moisture-resistance. The wired transformer shall be dual voltage (25V/70V) and have primary taps at 0.25, 0.5, 1, 2, and 5W.
