How To Apply:

• Apply to eyelids using a brush or fingers
• Begin at the center of the lid and blend outward
• Fast-drying so blend swiftly
• Pro Tip - These Eyelights also work beautifully as an eyeliner; Use a smaller, tapered brush for precise application, add a dot of the product to the back of your hand and pick up a little bit of the shadow with the brush, then gently glide it along the upper lash line to line the eyelids
