An heirloom and a treasure that was made by the house of the esteemed Theodor Fahrer of Germany. 

Most jewellery connoisseurs can instantly recognise the style of Fahrner, one of the fathers of European Art Deco design. Fahrner led the field in “designer jewellery” during the first part of the 20th century, with many reputed artists and designers commissioned by him. 

This swirl geometric modernist shaped sterling silver and marcasite brooch is accented with a crisp white Akoya pearl.

The brooch is in exceptional vintage condition and measures 42mm long x 29mm wide.  It is aptly signed for Theodor Fahrner and opens and closes with a roll clasp mechanism. 

A true collectors piece.
