Panforte Margherita, Almond Cake with Candied Fruit (La Florentine) 12 oz

The symbol of Tuscan confectionery tradition, Panforte is the perfect Christmas cake. Panforte Margherita, the best-known version of this dessert, apparently owes its name to Queen Margherita, and was dedicated to her when she visited the August Palio in Siena.
