A popular ornamental onion, also known as yellow garlic. The allium is native to the south of France and Spain where it grows between rocks and stones and can spread as a ground cover. Moly likes sun or partial shade and is not critical of the soil in which it is planted. As long as it's not too wet. Grows in clumps and has fairly broad green leaves.
