3D Crystal LacquerCrystal lacquer is a dimensional medium great for adding over paper or 3D designs in bezels, dries to a clear finish. Can be painted on a surface and add shine over most surfaces. Paint over quilling shapes to make earrings, so many uses. The pre coloured packs work the same way, some are kits or choose your colour range and make your own designs. Mix with mica powder for shimmering effects
