This BDS 6" suspension lift kit steps up the 2009-2011 Ram 1500 4WD with clearance for up to 37" tires. Up front it uses top-mounted strut spacers, high-arched 1/4" steel crossmembers, multipiece differential relocation brackets and HD skid plates, plus CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles and replacement tie rod ends for ESC compatibility, along with sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, stainless braided brake lines and CV spacers. The rear runs progressive-rate Pro-Ride coil springs, upper control arm relocation brackets to correct pinion angle, a track bar relocation bracket, bump stop extensions and sway bar links. This kit ships with NX2 Nitro shocks: nitrogen-charged twin-tube design with 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving.

These trucks vary from 1" to 3" tail high from the factory. BDS offers both 3" and 5" rear kits, so measure your truck and order the rear lift height to level it out.

Notes

• These trucks vary from 1 inch to 3 inch tail high from the factory. Measure your vehicle before ordering. Part numbers 022209, 022309 and 022509 can all be substituted to achieve the desired stance.
• Use the 3 inch coil springs if your vehicle is 3 inch tail high from the factory; use the 5 inch coil springs if your vehicle is level to 1 inch tail high.
• The rack and pinion steering system is extremely sensitive to an out-of-round or out-of-balance tire/wheel combination. Larger tire diameter and/or reduced wheel backspacing increases sensitivity and can cause minor steering wheel shimmy.
• Not recommended for AWD models.
• Stock 17 inch and 18 inch wheels cannot be reinstalled. Stock 20 inch wheels can be reinstalled with factory tires.
• TRX models will achieve approximately 1 inch additional lift. This lift is not recommended for TRX models due to possible CV shaft vibration; instead consider the 4 inch lift system for 5 inch of lift, or replace the TRX struts with standard struts.
