THE BRAND Benromach traces its roots back to pre-1960s Speyside and produces a whisky with hints of delicate smoke and a wonderful balance of flavours. Indeed, Benromach’s three distillers carefully orchestrate every second of the distillation process and use only high-quality, 100% Scottish ingredients. Each cask is filled, weighed and stamped by hand, before being matured for a number of years in their traditional bonded warehouses. Benromach Single Malts are made according to a manual method based on the know-how of master distillers, and aged exclusively in first fill barrels. This brand new edition is perhaps the epitome of the Benromach style. Aged of 21 years in ex-bourbon and sherry casks.
