Inhibitor cocktail for inhibition of standard proteases. Inhibits serine proteases, aminopeptidase B, leucine-aminopeptidases, metalloproteases, cysteine proteases, and aspartic proteases.Recommended as cocktail for protease inhibition in extracts from bacteria.

Dissolve the lyophilized inhibitors in 1 ml DMSO and the EDTA in 4 ml distilled water. Transfer the 1 ml inhibitor solution to the EDTA solution and mix carefully. The solution is cloudy.Recommended dilution approx. 1:40.Concentrations in stock-solution are:AEBSF: 20 mMBestatin: 1.7 mME-64: 200 μM
