• The 54321 Grounding technique is a powerful tool to use in moments of stress or anxiety. This personalised (personalisation optional) keyring is perfect as a visual and mobile reminder for sufferers to read and put into action whenever and wherever they are.

• The 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 technique is an easy mindfulness strategy designed for managing stress and anxiety, it can be put into action almost anywhere and at any time. Using the fives sense to ground you in the present moment, this is how it works;

Think or name;

• 5 things you can see around you, by diverting your focus to your sense of sight, you disrupt the cycle of anxious or stressful thoughts.
  
• 4 things you can hear in that moment, identifying any sounds helps to steer your mind away from inward worries and more toward the world around you, anchoring you in the present moment
  
• 3 things you can feel, be it the feel of a ring on your finger, the socks on your feet or the feel of the fabric of your clothing between your fingertips.
  
• 2 things you can smell, take a deep breath through your nose and see if you can detect two different scents, maybe the smell of your own perfume or a fresh coffee. Tuning into these smells helps to shift focus from your thoughts to your immediate surroundings, reinforcing your connection to the present moment.
  
• 1 thing you can taste, maybe take a sip of water, or simply focus on the lingering flavour of the last thing you ate. Centering on this final sense completes the cycle and firmly brings you back to the present moment.

My dispatch time is usually very fast but at busier times (i.e Christmas etc) this does slow this down so please always, where possible, allow the 2-3 weeks for delivery 

The process used to personalise these pieces is called hand stamping, this means that each individual letter is lined up by naked eye and hammered to make the impression, so as you can imagine, it is very hard to get all letters perfectly straight/spaced evenly...but that is the sheer beauty of hand stamped items and the reason why they are so popular, no two items will ever be the exactly the same, each are unique to that person
