The microwave units are developed for use in the laboratory. The device can be operated with 5 power levels from 0-100%. The maximum irradiation time is 60 minutes. Up to 3 working steps with different irradiation power can be run. Furthermore, you will find the following features:

Guided exhaust air
The exhaust air is guided out through a lateral connection piece (left rear). The connection piece can be connected to a fume cupboard. A condensation cooler can be installed in the extract air flow to condense vapours over a collecting vessel.

Media connection piece
3 13 mm passages allow the introduction of media, exhaust, and cooling. When operating a microwave unit without contents or with very little material, the unit may be damaged because the energy is not absorbed. You can install a flow-through cooler in the MW6000 laboratory microwave unit to dissipate the excess power.

Inner chamber
The inner chamber and the housing are made of stainless steel. The bottom of the inner chamber is made of an easy-to-clean ceramic plate. The radiation is evenly distributed in the chamber by a rotating wobbler under the bottom.

Temperature control (optional)
With the optional temperature control, the temperature in a liquid can be brought to a set point and kept there. For this application, the use of the unit with magnetic stirrer is recommended.
