Button operation on insole

1. Before inserting the insole, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. The LED indicator light will turn on and the red light will turn on, indicating high temperature.

2. Press again, the blue LED light will turn on, indicating medium temperature.

3. Press again, the LED green light will turn on, indicating low temperature. Press and hold the cycle red, blue, and green lights, adjust the high, medium, and low temperatures, and press and hold for three seconds to turn off the device.
