1. Return & Resize / Swap

If you don’t need to keep your original ring, simply send it back, and we’ll resize or replace it with the correct size. This is a great choice for those who just want a perfect fit without keeping the first ring.

2. Keep the Original & Get a New One

If your ring holds sentimental value but you still need a different size, you can keep your original and order a brand-new one in the correct size. This option is ideal for meaningful rings like wedding, engagement, or promise rings.

🔹 Engraved Rings: If your original ring was engraved, a new engraving service will need to be purchased for the replacement ring.

🔹 Production Time: Since each ring is custom-made, the same production timeframe will apply to your new ring.

🔹 Ring Style: Each ring is one-of-a-kind—while the materials will remain the same, slight variations may occur in the final piece.
