UB Chain Drive Conversion Kit – Jackshaft to Wheel

Forged from hardened tool steel, heat-treated and CNC-machined, with a 16T front / 57T rear sprocket. Both sprockets are thickened with a stepped design, built to take abuse without warping.

Compared to the stock 520 chain setup, the 415 drive cuts noise by nearly 50%—what used to sound like a bucket of bolts now hums with a low, steady tone. The reduced vibration makes acceleration feel smoother, and chain drag is noticeably lighter.

By moving the rear sprocket 5 mm outward, the kit acts like a built-in wide-hub conversion: the chain runs clear of the tire sidewall, giving more clearance and safety without extra spacers.

Compatible with DID upgrades, this kit turns every launch into a cleaner, quieter drive that feels closer to belt-smooth but with chain-level strength.
