A limited edition Longrow Red single malt from the gang at Springbank in Campbeltown! This edition of the heavily peated whisky spent four years maturing in bourbon casks, followed by a further three years in French Pinot Noir wine casks before it was bottled at a robust 57.1% ABV.

Tasting Notes

• Nose: at the beginning fresh herbs, clearly tomato plants and heather, then ripe sour cherries and smoked ham
• Palate: sweet and savoury in taste, smoked ham again, with wine gums and raspberry jam - something Honey
• Finish: the characteristic Longrow note - salty sea air, pebble beaches, flint and algae
