Happy Hormone Tonic is a carefully formulated blend of traditional herbs designed to support women through peri-menopause, helping to balance hormones, stabilise mood, and restore energy. Combining organic and biodynamic adaptogens, nervines, and hormone-supportive botanicals, this tonic gently supports the HPA axis (stress response system) while easing common symptoms such as irritability, low mood, fatigue, and PMT-type discomfort.

Vitex (Chaste Berry) is traditionally used for hormonal balance and is widely studied for its ability to help reduce symptoms such as headaches, anxiety, bloating, breast tenderness, and mood fluctuations. Holy Basil, revered in Ayurvedic practice as a sattvic herb associated with clarity and calm, supports resilience to stress and promotes emotional equilibrium.

Passionflower, Skullcap, Verbena and Rose are used traditionally to calm anxiety and ease mood swings and irritability. Dandelion root supports liver clearance of hormones so easing hormone imbalance.

Dose: Take 5 ml x3/ day, with a little water before food.
