Wild berries - Dark spices - Licorice

Arianna Occhipinti is the niece of world-famous natural winemaker Guisto Occhipinti of COS and discovered her love for wine at a young age and has been making wine  from her estate near to Vittoria, in the far south of Sicily, for more than a decade, Her vineyards are worked using biodynamic principals and she also takes a non-interventionalist approach in the cellar, using only natural yeasts are used, no temperature control, fining or filtration and minimal SO2 at bottling. 

This is fresh and fruity, with notes of wild berries, cherries, dark spices and liquorice, and a hint of smoke.
