Halter with Red Sheer Cape with hearts, has a few tears

Dress halter buttons are missing 1 button and 1 is unattached

Center back zipper and hook and eye

Plunging open back is covered with shoulder cape

Dress has 5 layers of sheer silk

Dress itself seems flawless

So maybe the cape can be removed and replaced or more heart appliqués could fix the holes
