Mas Gomá is a family winery with a long tradition of producing sparkling wines using the traditional method in the Penedès region of Catalonia. La Volta is a blend primarily made from Xarello, with a small addition of Macabeu. In their portfolio, it represents the classic style, combined with the vibrant character of Xarello and a long aging on the lees. The Brut Nature is exceptionally dry, with a fresh citrus profile and hints of biscuit. Best enjoyed well chilled at 8°C, it pairs perfectly with a buttery quiche or aged cheeses.
