This all-in-one sealer, rust preventer, primer and top coat is perfect for equipment, tools, exterior and interior surfaces. To use, simply remove all loose scale and powdery rust and make sure that the surface is dry and free of dirt, oil, grease, etc. Apply two coats, allowing 20-30 minutes of dry time between coats. Apply with brushes, rollers, airless sprayers and HVLP sprayers. HVLP sprayers require thinning 10-20% with VOC exempt solvent. Top coat will turn to a chalky/flat surface and color will fade if exposed to direct UV rays (the rust resistance/performance is not affected). Use a clear coat as a finisher to prevent this.
