Cooking Tips:

• Preparation: Trim away the base of the mushroom bundle and separate the stalks. Wash them in cold water to remove any dirt.
• Cooking Methods: Suitable for both high-heat and slow, low-temperature cooking. They cook quickly, so be sure to test after 3 to 4 minutes to maintain their crunchy texture.
