When we received our latest shipment, we found that the packaging had changed, and the inactive ingredient list has also changed since our last update, so I'm re-doing my description.

This is a spray that is meant for eye lubrication but is applied to the eyes by spraying it on CLOSED eyelids. It's marketed as particularly helpful for screen use. I've tried it while sitting at my computer and it was good for a little bit of moisture plus sharpening up vision temporarily, without having to cover my eyes with a drop and wait for it to dissipate. 

The best use cases that I can think of for this product are people with dry eye for whom one or more of the following apply:

• struggle to get drops in their eyes
• don't like the feel of eyedrops in their eyes
• just need a moisture boost, rather than dousing their entire eye

This is NOT labeled for contact lens use. I think that contact lens wearers and scleral lens wearers who find it interesting should show the product drug facts (i.e. with ingredients) to their lens provider before attempting to use it.

Uses

• To relieve dryness of the eye.
• For use as a lubricant or protectant to prevent further irritation.
  

Warning

• For external use only
• To avoid contamination, do not touch tip of container to any surface. Replace cap after using.
• Use within 6 months of opening and within the stated expiry date.

Do not use

• if this product changes color or becomes cloudy
• if the bottle or the tamper evident seal is damaged
• if you are sensitive to any ingredient in this product

When using this product

• To avoid contamination, do not touch tip of the container with your eye, eyelid, finger or to any surface

Stop use and ask doctor if

• You feel eye pain
• Changes in vision occur
• Continued redness or irritation of the eye
• Condition worsens or lasts more than 72 hours

Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed get medical help or contact a poison control center right away.

Directions

• Close both eyes and then apply 1-2 sprays on the eyelids, making sure to press the nozzle fully down to spray.
• Replace cap after use.

Other information

• Use only if tamper seal on top and bottom of box is intact.
• Store at 41-77F, protect from direct sunshine and heat.
• Do not use the product in the event it has frozen or it has been stored in hot conditions for a long time.
