Its naturally slip-resistant surface provides excellent traction, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

Available in black or grey, with or without a recessed “Welcome” design, the mat comes in 1.5” and 2.5” heights but can be easily trimmed or notched for a customized fit. Perfect for enhancing safety and accessibility, the TRANSITIONS® Angled Entry Mat is a reliable solution for any entryway.

Custom Fit

 Available in 1.5" and 2.5" heights, but trimming can be done to decrease the height of the mat to ensure an optimal fit. If necessary, the mat can also be notched to suit the doorjamb configuration or accommodate other obstructions.

Warranty

1. Warranty Coverage:

Homecare Products, Inc., doing business as EZ-ACCESS (“Manufacturer”), warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the lifetime of the product. This warranty applies only to Manufacturer’s parts and components (excluding items such as powder-coated finishes and applied non-skid tape).

2. Warranty Remedy:

The Manufacturer’s obligation and the purchaser’s sole remedy under this warranty are limited to either repair or replacement of parts and components found defective upon inspection by the Manufacturer.

• Repairs or replacements will be provided free of charge for parts and labor.

• For discontinued products, the Manufacturer may replace the item with a comparable product or refund the purchase price.

• Prior to filing any claims, the purchaser must contact the Manufacturer to request service and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) or arrange for an inspection.

• This warranty is non-transferable and extends only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required.

3. Exclusions from Warranty:

The Manufacturer is not liable for:

• Damages exacerbated by the purchaser’s failure to mitigate.

• Defects not reported within 30 days of discovery.

• Damages caused by:

a. Improper installation, alterations, misuse, or abuse.

b. Ordinary wear and tear.

c. Environmental factors such as aging, weather exposure, or corrosion.

d. Changes in grading, landscaping, or surrounding conditions.

e. Acts of God (e.g., fire, flood, windstorm, earthquake).

4. Warranty Disclaimer:

• This warranty is exclusive and replaces all other warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

• If federal or state laws prevent the exclusion of implied warranties, the duration of such warranties is limited to the duration of this warranty.

5. Limitation of Liability:

• The Manufacturer is not liable for any direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, even if advised of such damages.

• The maximum liability under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the product.

6. Additional Legal Rights:

• This warranty does not limit other legal rights to which the purchaser may be entitled under applicable law.

• Certain jurisdictions may not allow exclusions or limitations of damages, so the above limitations may not apply to all purchasers.
