For sale here is a W.A. Adams 3" trout fly reel for a 5 weight line plus backing. Right hand retrieve. 5 1/8 oz. with the included backing. 1" spool width. Adjustable click/pawl drag. Nicely functioning reel and a classic S-handle look. This is one of the earlier handmade Adams models unlike the later models. The reel is in excellent plus overall condition. Comes with a spare spool made later by Gary Lacey. Also comes with an Adams zippered double reel/spool case. Finally, I will include a copy of the last four photos, which were representative of the marketing materials Adams distributed back in the day, plus a photo signed by Bill with a note on the back.
