An exquisite authentic Edwardian lingerie bodice, dating to the early 20th century, crafted in sheer white cotton voile and adorned with delicate white-on-white embroidery and lace.

This rare antique piece features a cropped silhouette, designed to sit just beneath the bust, with long sheer sleeves, scalloped lace cuffs, and a beautifully detailed lace insertion band across the bust and back. The softly ruffled lace trim along the neckline and hem adds a romantic, intimate elegance typical of Edwardian-era lingerie garments.

Originally worn as a bed jacket or lingerie bodice, this piece would have been layered over a chemise or camisole as part of a refined woman’s private wardrobe—often during morning hours, at rest, or as part of a trousseau.
