Pale gold in colour with an exceptionally fine bead. Aromas of honeydew, lemon shortbread and creamed honey with notes of toasted brioche. The palate is elegant and precise, vanilla bean and spiced pear mingle with lemon zest and hints of sea spray. This is a sophisticated, persistent wine with a fine, creamy, nougat texture from extended time on tirage and long, lemon pip and mineral acidity.

Serve with crispy-skinned yellowtail kingfish and samphire-sprinkled, buttered baked potatoes; or salted crispbread with aged Comté.
