Straightpoint Load Measuring Pins are specifically designed for applications (see list below) where an end of line load cell cannot be utilised and an integrated solution is necessary.

These Load Pins are manufactured from high-grade tensile stainless steel and are usually supplied complete with an anti-rotation plate as a cabled or wireless solution. Straightpoint's Load Measuring Pins are designed and built to withstand even the harshest operating environments, such as offshore, oil & gas, and marine - making them highly suited in exposed situations and even withstand being submerged in seawater at extreme depths.

Typically connected to the handheld Plus device or supplied in an array of output formats to include mV/V, RS-422, RS-485, utilizing ASCII, MODBUS TRU and CAN-BUS protocols, or an analog output such as 4-20mA for PLC integration, these Load Pins come supplied with a 10m cable as standard, however, it is possible to get lengths of up to 1500m depending on output format. *Please advise cable configuration at time of order (radial or axial pin exit).
