The BONOMI EXME97T-STC is a reliable assembly with a stainless steel block body ball valve and sanitary tri-clamp ends with an explosion-proof electric actuator. It is suitable for water, gas, and oil applications and is available in sizes 1/2” to 4” with pressure ratings up to 1000 psi. The valve has a temperature range of -4°F to 366°F and features live loaded stem packing, R.P.T.F.E. seats and seals, and all stainless steel external components.

The actuator is NEMA 4x, 7, 8 & 9 (CSA Approved) and has an enclosure that conforms to IP68 with explosion-protected performance and 1/2” FNPT conduit connection. It has a temperature range of 22°F to 158°F and features a clutch-less manual override, thermostatically controlled anti-condensation heater, self-locking gear system, and ISO 5211 mounting bolt pattern and DIN 3337 double square drive. It also has a ± 5° mechanical stop on 0° and 90°, continuous mechanical position indicator, built-in thermal overload protection, and two auxiliary SPDT switches.
