A Meeting of Originals Before bourbon defined American whiskey, some of the earliest spirits of this country were brandy and rye - poured, traded, and shared in the era of the Founding Fathers. They were the liquids of early America: practical, powerful, and rooted in the land. To honor 250 years of American spirit, we set out to reunite them. This 10-year American brandy was aged in rye whiskey barrels bringing together fruit and grain, elegance and intensity. This release is a collaboration of minds deeply rooted in the culture of American whiskey and brandy. A single barrel picked in partnership with Jake Kiper of Coming Whiskey and Will Stephen of Copper Pot Brandy, this spirit represents a shared belief: that America’s original spirits still have more to say.

Tasting Notes: Nose: Bright and lifted. Fresh honey & herbal notes - sage and dried thyme - open alongside toasted oak and cracked pepper, with a subtle thread of citrus: a light lemon peel note that adds clarity and lift over deeper dried orchard fruit. Palate: Full-bodied and structured. Immediate rye spice - clove, black pepper, and baking spice - meets the richness of aged brandy: baked apple, dark honey, and caramelized pear. There’s a savory, almost earthy depth that builds across the palate. Finish: Long, dry, and commanding. Oak tannin and spice linger, with a persistent herbal edge and a warm, woody fade
