How to use:

Inhale the magic: Place a single drop onto your palm, then rub your hands together and breathe in its scent, when you get into bed or whenever you really need some serious calm. The Story Behind The Scent:

I have three children and I needed a blend to help them settle at night and also to stop my mind from running away with unnecessary thoughts at night when I just wanted to sleep.

I thoroughly researched the most potent sleepy essential oils and made this blend. It took a few months to get this one right and it never let me down in the time of need of sleep! This blend has helped many people and I am so proud I have created something everyone absolutely loves!
