Miyagikio is made from four different types of malt Whiskies distilled in 1989 at Nikka's Miyagikyo distillery and bottled at cask strength in 2010 from Single Cask #40745.

Lime, vanilla, smoke, sawdust, toffee, and sherry on the nose are followed by a viscous interplay of dark fruits, cinnamon, and nuts on the tongue, with lingering fruity sweetness in the finish.
