The damp fog is heavy now, it whisks speedily around my head and body then slows to a surreal pace. The smoke from my little campfire provides an ethereal glow. Holding out my hand I try to catch it, but my hand passes through. This perfect combination is possibly the most surreal moment of my life. The sun rises to defuse the veil and bathes the trees with fierce orange-red light. Standing on the cliff edge I spare a quick glance to the valley below, capture my image and think, 'What a life'.
