1 x 5/8 inch satin finish pewter oval St. Jude medal on a 24 inch stainless steel rhodium plated chain. The pendant features a raised image of Saint Jude on the front, who is shown holding an image of Jesus Christ, known as the Image Of Edessa, and a book. On the top and bottom of the pendant are the words, "Saint Jude Pray For Us" with two crosses on the left and right sides respectively. The back of the medal is blank with a brushed finish. Includes a Saint Jude card with his information, and is packaged in a poly bag with medal attached.

Saint Jude Thaddeus was one of the twelve apostles of Jesus. He is often depicted in icons with a flame around his head, which represents his presence at the Pentecost, when he received the Holy Spirit with the other apostles. He is also shown holding an image of Jesus Christ, known as the Image of Edessa, which was a holy relic of cloth upon which a miraculous image of Jesus' face was imprinted. Known for preaching the gospel in particularly difficult circumstances, he is the Patron Saint of Hopeless Causes and Desperation.
