The now famed organic estate on West Dry Creek Rd. is a veritable hippie paradise, with eggs, olive oil, veggies, bread, and meticulously farmed wine flowing a plenty. The latest Petite Sirah is not your grandpa’s PS: it’s still inky, and has blackish purple fruit with a bit of grip, but it’s also incredibly well-structured with great acid lift. Estate-grown and biodynamically farmed, this is a go to Petite for us!
